The Greek Box

Lead 101 Training
Saturday Aug 21 & 29, 2021 | Online
At the beginning of every semester we hold a Lead 101 training to help you launch a Bible study in your chapter and how to use the Bible Study box!
Greek InterVarsity Louisiana
There are 13 campuses in Louisiana where we're praying to see Greeks start chapter ministries at all of them! So far we have Greeks connected from LSU, Southeastern, UL Lafayette and Tulane. Could your campus be next? If you want to start a ministry on your campus or in your chapter, reach out and we'd love to help you.
Are you part of an NPHC or MGC Greek chapter? We'd love to have you lead with us! We recognize every Greek council's experience is unique. Even though our current membership draws from IFC and Panhellenic, we want to invite NPHC and MGC councils to join us! You're also welcome to lead with InterVarsity's multiethnic, Black student, and HBCU ministries. Whatever you choose, we're excited to help you grow with InterVarsity.

How You'll Grow
Learning to Love Your Chapter
Sometimes, as a Christian, it's hard to know what it means to love God and love our chapter and it feels like you're being pulled in two different directions. We believe it's possible to be fully Greek and fully Christian, finding practical and creative ways to serve your chapter. Through leading a Chapter Ministry and weekly sessions with your coach, you'll gain practical skills and ideas for how to love your chapter well, building authentic relationships and learning how to share your faith genuinely.

Caring for Your Brothers/Sisters
As we invest in you through coaching and training, you'll learn how to help your brothers/sisters to become passionate Jesus-followers and spiritual leaders in the Greek system. What if you not only launched a Bible study, but also developed a generation of spiritual leaders who will reach every chapter on your campus?

Receiving Leadership Training
You'll have the chance to meet weekly with fellow Greeks to prep your chapter Bible studies together! We also offer statewide trainings for our leaders each semester, as well as semi-annual regional conferences that will help you go deeper with Jesus and further sharpen your leadership skills.

What's it like leading a chapter ministry?
Imagine sitting down with a group of your fraternity brothers. You've got Joe, the pastor's kid recovering from a hangover; Tony, the outspoken atheist and life of the party; and Steve, the mysterious pledge who keeps disappearing on Sunday mornings. Why are these guys together? Would you believe it if we said for Bible Study? This is what Chapter Ministries are all about! Bringing God and Greek Life together with the people you care about most.
